Time frame:

• Full-price items: within 07 days from the date of receipt.
• Items with discounts under 30%: within 03 days from the date of receipt.
• Products with manufacturing defects.
• Products must be unused, odorless, clean, not deformed or scratched.
• Original tags and receipt must be intact.
• Exchange policy does not apply to products purchased with promotions over 30% off.
• After 07 days from the date of receipt, GUYEHI reserves the right not to process the above cases, including manufacturing defects.

  Size exchange

• Customers requesting size exchanges will bear the shipping costs both ways.
•  For products with manufacturing defects, GUYEHI will cover the shipping costs both ways.
  Note:
• Size exchanges are only possible if the requested size is available.
  We do not support exchanges for one-size items or out-of-stock products.
• For discounted products, the price of the exchanged item will be calculated based on the current price at the time of exchange across all sales channels.
